Pay Water Bill

Payments can be made inside or at the drive-thru window at City Hall during regular business hours or mailed to Hephzibah Waterworks & Sewerage, PO Box 250, Hephzibah, GA 30815. There is a drop box on the front of the building facing Hwy 88. We can only accept cash, check, or money order.
